Adolf Goriup lives with his family and cats in the Swiss mountains somewhere between the famous skiing resorts of Crans Montana and Zermatt (with the famous Matterhorn). He works for human resources at a Swiss health insurance company and is heading towards graduation into an adult trainer position.

Adolf enjoys a wide range of interests, including music (in particular Celtic folk music, world music and jazz), literature, traveling (in particular to places of historic, cultural or natural interest), films, communications and all kind of outdoor activities, alone or with his family. He also writes reviews for a few UK-based websites and would like to start writing for German sites as well.

He's Austrian and has lived in Switzerland for 17 years ... but he thinks this is not the end of his journey. He longs for the Atlantic Ocean and would like to spend part of his life somewhere on the Atlantic shore (with lots of seafood).
